　　在纳瓦拉的首都潘普洛纳，阿迈亚·萨拉萨尔奉命调查一名死产女婴的死亡和孩子父亲被捕的真相。据这家人的祖母说，父亲试图带着孩子的尸体逃跑，还说了一些关于祭品的怪话。婴儿脸上有一些红色的印记，表明她是被谋杀的。祖母还谈到了一种神奇的生物：一种噩梦般的邪恶生物，它使人动弹不得，也无法从睡梦中醒来。它被称之为“Inguma”，会在人睡着的时候取走他们的性命。
