　　詹姆斯·邓恩（基伦·埃弗瑞·韦恩斯 Keenen Ivory Wayans 饰）曾经是美国海军陆战队的神枪手，海湾战争期间，他因拒绝射杀一名儿童而杀害了长官，詹姆斯因此被送上军事法庭，面临死刑的处罚。在等待死刑期间，他接受了自称格兰特·凯西上校（Jon Voight 饰）的提议，后者保证帮助他越狱，而他需要加入代号为“黑羊”的暗杀组织。
