　　1983年，一组高中生在好莱坞山度周末时光，当他们从学校出发后无意间遇上了一个失踪者，正在回家路上的萨姆。

　　萨姆所做的任何事情都是为了引起女孩珍妮的注意。珍妮是学校的校花，不幸的是，珍妮也是学校橄榄球队四分卫Biff的女友。Biff和他的同伙喜欢把萨姆带到废弃的游乐场，以证明萨姆的勇气来的仪式。而珍妮则成了残酷游戏的竞争奖品。萨姆接受挑战，但是那个女孩却不打算让萨姆独自一人走进游乐场，于是，他们一起进入了游乐场开始了他们永远忘记不了的一个夜晚。
