　　也许，是浪子希德（Stéphane Rideau饰）让马修（Jérémie Elka?m饰）在青春里疯狂爱恨，爱完恨完却又像黄粱一梦。马修在海滩邂逅希德，他散发的活力，他展开的追求，令马修阴郁的青春有了明亮的阳光。他们在海滩上炽热地相恋。马修甚至愿意离开家人，放弃学业，跟希德开始全然陌生的生活。
梦醒之后，马修陷入了忧郁的病症当中，希德离开后，他的生活支柱完全倒塌。带着悲伤的心情，他回到当初相遇的地方，抚摸着被遗弃的猫，就像抚摸着内心的伤口。马修遇到希德的前度男友皮埃尔（Nils Ohlund 饰），二人在萧索的海边徐徐散步，说着往昔旧梦，感情好像在暗暗滋长，又好像什么也没有发生……
