　　在西日本执牛耳的黑帮老大岩鬼（磨赤儿 饰）被人杀害，而他那狂暴孔武的儿子将造（坂口拓 饰）还在美洲的丛林中过着危险而残酷的佣兵生活。得知父亲的死讯，将造和随从回到了阔别4年的日本，却发现岩鬼组早已不复存在，父亲当年的手下仓胁篡得组长职位。仓胁依仗来自海外的黑帮势力，妄图一统东西，成为日本最大的黑帮组长。将造旋即向仓胁发起挑战，可是却被对方炸断了胳膊和腿。在此之后，日本秘密特工组织将将造改造成配备了M61等重型武器的人间兵器。火力十足的黑道战争再次拉开序幕……
