　　阿尔菲（迈克尔?凯恩 Michael Caine 饰）生活在繁华的大都市伦敦，平日里最大的爱好便是出没于灯红酒绿的声色犬马之场所。阿尔菲自认为是当代唐璜，流连于不同女人的温香软玉的怀抱之中，私生活十分混乱。
无论是未经人事的清纯少女还是已有家室的成熟人妻，阿尔菲都会散发他强烈的男性魅力，将对方征服。就连在染病住院期间，阿尔菲都没有放过和性感美艳的小护士共赴云雨的机会。某一日，阿尔菲邂逅了美丽的寡妇卢比（谢利?温特斯 Shelley Winters 饰），让前者没有想到的是，自己的撩妹之术在卢比那里竟然全无作用。不仅如此，曾经对他趋之若鹜的女人们也都渐渐地离开了他。
